Biography
I was born and raised in a small village in East Cork, where I grew up surrounded by the beauty of farmland, Irish culture, and a living connection with the Divine, that like so many of us, I naturally experienced in my heart.
My early life was filled with family, community, participation in Irish dance and music, and the honour of representing Cork in ladies football in my youth.
Some of my life experiences since then have taught me that we all experience challenges in life – and my own feminine healing and empowerment journey has shaped me to the person I am today – dedicated to empowering others to contribute to the emergence a more beautiful, just and peaceful world.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve studied with some of the world’s leading experts in mind-body health, mindfulness somatics, transformative spiritual healing, and high performance coaching.
I’m qualified in a wide range of professional modalities including Life Coaching with Neuroscience, Executive Leadership Coaching, Mindfulness Somatics, Personal Training, Advanced Pilates, Natural Energy Therapy, and Massage Therapy. Whether through life coaching, seminars, retreats, or community organising, my work is guided by a desire to help you live and love more fully.
Career Change Consultancy
During a trip to Peru, I witnessed first-hand the realities of the social inequalities and climate injustice present in our world.
I made a commitment to myself that my career would be offered in service to the solutions.
Since then, I’ve been grateful to go on to serve as a HR recruitment management consultant in some of the worlds leading human rights, humanitarian, earth rights, and United Nations launched organisations.
In 2021, I founded Croíadh, a social purpose enterprise that delivers HR consultancy and conscious career transition consultancy services to organisations, executives, and career professionals.
Peacemaking and Retreats
I’m particularly interested in engaged forms of spirituality/faith in response to the crises present in our world.
In 2021 I wrote a poem called Caoimhe’s Mindful Pause, which catalysed into a national collaboration with Ireland’s largest cultural sporting organisation, the GAA.
As part of this, I was humbled and grateful to introduce two peacemaking initiatives aligned with the United Nations’ resolution of ‘Harmony with Nature,’ into the GAA Green Clubs Programme’s 100,000 native tree planting and growing projects.
I facilitate retreats that are designed to Awaken the Heart to Celtic Christianity and Spiritual Ecology. I’ve been engaged in the interspiritual movement for over a decade, particularly Christian-Sufi dialogue.
I have been very fortunate and honoured to initiate the All Island of Ireland Interspiritual and Interfaith Gatherings for Peace, which has since catalysed into an annual interfaith collaboration where many inspiring diverse faith, spiritual and indigenous communities come together for peace in the spirit of unity, service and friendship.
