She delivers eco leadership consultancy to conscientious organisations, groups, and leaders who are committed to restoring and honouring a living relationship with the Earth.
Lynda is the founder of the career coaching business Croíadh, where she supports clients to transition to meaningful mission-led work that’s aligned with their values.
She has a career as a senior talent consultant with some of the worlds well known Human Rights, Humanitarian, Environment Protection, Social Justice, and United Nations founded organisations.
Over the last 10 years Lynda has been a beneficiary of guidance from some of the worlds social change leaders, mind-body health experts, higher performance coaches, psychologists, and spiritual/faith leaders which continues to inform and inspire her work.
Lynda is a trauma informed coach with training in a wide range of embodied transformation and holistic wellbeing modalities. She continues to complete professional development studies in the neuroscience of human behaviour, mindfulness somatics, and jungian studies.
Lyndas’ coaching style is enlivened and compassionate, knowing that real transformational breakthroughs are possible from her own journey of becoming.
She is passionate about systemic approaches to climate action and social change.
A recent poem Lynda wrote called Caoimhes’ Sacred Pause initiated a culturally regenerating tree planting collaboration with Irelands native sporting organisation, the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). This secured funding for local grass root clubs to plant and grow 10,000 native trees nationwide across Ireland in March 2023.
Lynda led the GAA Green Clubs Programme into restoring peace and reciprocity in our living relationship with nature. She also led a thanksgiving ceremony in 2022 & 2023 to bring our GAA value of respect for the Earth forward into action.
Lynda is a contemplative who lives a committed daily rhythm of spiritual and faith practice, along with community action. She facilitates inclusive Celtic Christian Spirituality meditation circles, Spiritual Ecology retreats, and interfaith gatherings for peace. Lynda lives in County Mayo, in the heart of Ireland’s wild beautiful landscape.
